With views of Lake Mary, the Mammoth Crest and the surrounding forest, Lake Mary Campground is very popular in the summertime. The campground is situated at 8,900 feet on the north shore of Lake Mary near the Pokonobe Lodge and Marina and Lake Mamie. A shuttle stop and the Lakes Basin Path, which connects to the larger Mammoth Lakes Trail System, are in close proximity. There are 43 standard, non-electric campsites. Lake Mary Campground is popular among fishermen, families and outdoors enthusiasts and is full most of the summer. Visit Recreation.gov for reservation information. Campground opening and closing dates are typically June 15 to September 30 weather conditions permitting.
