The hike from the Mammoth Mountain Inn to Minaret Vista is a three-mile round-trip adventure that has a great mid-point reward! After winding your way through the deep pine forest for just over a mile of moderate uphill, you’ll suddenly emerge on the road to the Vista, which lies just up the ridge. This unique setting provides unparalleled views of the Ritter Range including the iconic Minarets. Interpretive maps and scopes allow you to identify the surrounding peaks. Bathrooms and picnic tables make this a perfect spot for lunch or a snack. And it's downhill all the way back!
